Driving for a Cause: Lancaster VLS Joins the 37th Annual Make-A-Wish Convoy

We always look forward to hitting the road, but this past weekend carried a truly special purpose. Our team at VLS Lancaster had the distinct privilege of participating in the 37th Annual Make-A-Wish Mother’s Day Truck Convoy. This remarkable event took place in Lancaster County, bringing our local community together to support an incredible cause.

The annual convoy directly benefits Make-A-Wish Philadelphia, Delaware and the Susquehanna Valley. It serves a vital mission by supporting children facing critical illnesses. Watching the streets line up with supporters reminds us just how powerful local involvement can be when people unite behind a shared goal.

This meaningful tradition brings together hundreds of truck drivers, wish families, volunteers, donors, and enthusiastic community members. Every shining truck and waving hand helps raise critical funds and awareness to grant life-changing wishes for local children. The energy throughout the weekend was nothing short of inspiring.
