When a client in Phoenix, Arizona, developed an urgent wastewater management challenge on a weekend, one of their first calls was to their VLS Environmental Services sales representative. The VLS West team jumped in immediately to develop a comprehensive plan to manage their waste stream, keeping the high-volume, 24/7 operation in service until the client could implement an engineering solution. To maximize operational efficiency, we established onsite dedicated loading stations and implemented traffic-routing measures that directed tanker activity away from residential areas. Each day, 20–25 tankers transported wastewater to client- and state-approved disposal and treatment facilities, ensuring uninterrupted operations and zero safety incidences, all while maintaining regulatory compliance and community consideration.
