VLS Environmental Solutions Names Brian Brantley General Counsel and Head of ESG

HOUSTON, Texas, (December 14, 2022) – VLS Environmental Solutions, LLC, a leading provider of environmental solutions helping businesses achieve their sustainability goals, announced today it has named Brian Brantley, General Counsel and Head of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG).  

In this role, Mr. Brantley will be responsible for VLS’s legal affairs, as well as for working across the Company’s functions to implement the Company’s commitment to be a an industry leader in ESG and sustainability matters. .

Before joining VLS, Mr. Brantley held several executive roles at SeaOne, and was responsible for directing the company’s strategic and financial transactions, as well its legal and government relations functions. Prior to SeaOne, Mr. Brantley served as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for Oiltanking Partners, L.P., a public master limited partnership that operated bulk liquids storage terminals and pipelines.  Mr. Brantley began his career as a corporate attorney for Vinson & Elkins, LLP and Cravath, Swaine & Moore. He is a member of the Texas and New York State bars.
